Senior branding & communication officer
We are looking for an experienced Senior branding & communication officer to lead our strategic partnerships, collaborations, and events management.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to build brand credibility through strong relationships, high-impact events, and meaningful collaborations
Key Responsibilities
Partnerships & Collaborations
- Identify, approach, and secure high-value partners, including corporates, universities, NGOs, HR networks, and banks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (HR Directors, CHROs, CEOs).
- Develop and implement collaboration models that align with company objectives.
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle: prospecting → negotiation → agreement → activation.
- Ensure timely follow-up and successful delivery of partnership initiatives.
- Propose marketing initiatives to enhance partnerships and maximize brand impact.
Events & Offline Marketing
- Plan and manage offline marketing activities, including brand events, university activations, and product launches.
- Execute corporate and industry events, both in-person and hybrid.
- Coordinate sponsorship opportunities and activations.
- Manage event logistics, partners, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure measurable outcomes from events, such as leads, registrations, and brand visibility.
- Capture post-event insights and generate actionable reports.
Public Relations & Media
- Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with company goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, and publications
- Secure media coverage across online, print, TV, and radio
- Draft press releases, announcements, media briefs, and talking points
- Manage media inquiries and coordinate interviews and features
- Monitor media coverage and brand sentiment
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with Growth, MarCom, and Design teams to align campaigns and messaging with partnerships
- Ensure all activations reflect brand identity and quality standards
- Collaborate with external vendors, influencers, and service providers as needed
Requirements
- 4 - 5 years of experience in Partnerships, Communications, Public Relations or a related field
- Strong background in partnerships, collaborations, and offline activations
- Proven experience securing media coverage and managing PR relationships and events management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong network within media, brands, or business communities (a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
