Job Summary
The Personal Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative, executive, and personal support, ensuring the CEO's professional and personal commitments are effectively coordinated. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CEO's complex calendar, including meetings, appointments, and events.
- Coordinate domestic and international business travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and briefing materials.
- Attend meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Organize executive meetings, company events, and board-related activities.
- Oversee expenses, approvals, and budget tracking related to the Executive Office.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of executive priorities.
- Assist in coordinating projects and follow-ups across departments.
- Coordinate personal appointments, reservations, and schedules.
- Coordinate household and family-related logistics, as required.
- Manage personal errands and administrative tasks on behalf of the CEO.
- Assist with occasional family-related coordination, including school and personal scheduling.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent command of English; Arabic proficiency is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly proactive with strong problem-solving abilities.
