Job Purpose:
Ensure that resources are managed efficiently and effectively in order to optimize use of resources to achieve operational targets and minimize overtime spend.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of manpower planning, analysis of operational data, and in-depth reporting to CEO to ensure JORAMCO is proactively addressing an ever-changing and dynamic operation
- Responsible for the promotion and practice of a safety culture amongst his team and participates in quality improvements activities.
- Generate and manage forecasts for model assumptions. Measure and recalibrate assumptions based on past performance.
- Responsible for the determination of FTE needs for all operational departments.
- Manage the production of cyclical/monthly rosters for all operational departments
- Drive and follow up improvement projects to ensure that the most efficient procedures and technologies are applied.
- Actively monitor and report on workforce costs and related targets. You seek operational optimization opportunities by cross-referencing workforce-planning data with other data sets.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:
- B.Sc. degree in business administration, economics, finance or any related field. MBA highly preferred.
- Accredited certificates or courses in resources planning, Six Sigma, PMP is a plus.
- 10-12 years of experience in MRO, Aviation field preferred.
- Experience, in planning, forecasting, business analysis with MRO operations
- Knowledge of change management and influential factors
- Knowledge of Labor Laws & regulations
- Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Vision, etc.)
- ERP system knowledge
- Very good command of the English language.
