We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and commercially driven
Brand Manager to support our Marketing team. This role is critical in leading
and managing brand strategy, planning, and performance to drive growth,
strengthen market positioning, ensure execution alignment with company
objectives, and submit initiatives and decisions for final approval by the Head
of Marketing.

Key
Highlights:·Develop and manage brand strategy,
including positioning, messaging, and market direction in line with management
directives.
·Propose and prepare annual and
marketing plans aligned with company objectives and follow up on execution.
·Lead the planning of marketing
campaigns and product launches and follow up on execution.
·Manage social media activities by
setting direction and strategy and monitoring execution.
·Manage portfolio performance at
SKU level, analyze results, and recommend improvement, optimization, or
discontinuation actions.
·Propose and follow up on new
product development and portfolio enhancement initiatives through to launch
after approval.
·Propose pricing strategies and
submit them for approval.
·Review packaging materials,
designs, and detailed information to ensure accuracy, completeness, quality,
and alignment with brand requirements before final approval.
·Plan trade promotions in alignment
with brand and sales objectives.
·Analyze market trends, consumer
behavior, and competitor activities, and convert findings into actionable
insights.
·Plan market research activities
and utilize findings to support decisions and initiatives.
·Ensure adherence to the approved
brand budget and monitor spending efficiency.
·Coordinate with internal and
external stakeholders to ensure proper execution of marketing plans.
·Support Sales with marketing
materials and product launch coordination.
·Prepare periodic brand performance
reports and recommend corrective actions.
·Submit all plans, initiatives, and
decisions for final approval by the Head of Marketing prior to execution.
RequirementsIdeal
Profile:
·Graduate of the Faculty of
Economics, Business Administration Institute, or Commercial Institute as a
minimum requirement.
·5 to 8 years of experience in
marketing or sales within consumer products or a related industry.
·Good experience in managing
product categories and supporting business growth.
·Solid understanding of marketing
mix elements and basic application of market research.
·Experience in portfolio management
and working across relevant trade channels.
·Ability to coordinate effectively
with internal teams and external partners.
·Strong analytical skills with
practical problem-solving ability.
·Ability to balance planning with
day-to-day execution requirements.
·Comfortable working within
structured environments and following defined approval processes.
·Strong brand strategy, performance
analysis, decision-making, budget management, campaign management, initiative
management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
