Job Title: Marketing Associate
Location: Tintix Amman Office (on-site)
Schedule: Night shift, 8 hours per day (aligned with U.S. business hours)

About the Role
Tintix is a growing automotive restyling company with locations in California. We are hiring a creative, driven Marketing Associate to join our Amman office and work directly with our U.S. team. This role runs on a night shift to overlap with U.S. hours, so you will be in constant coordination with the branch throughout your day. What You'll Do
- Plan and manage the social media content calendar across all platforms
- Schedule and publish posts consistently and on time
- Coordinate daily with the U.S. team on content direction, filming, and priorities
- Organize content filming sessions and align shot lists with the U.S. shop team
- Support paid advertising efforts across Google and social platforms (setup, monitoring, and optimization)
- Track trends, audio, formats, and competitor activity, then translate them into content ideas
- Keep all postings, assets, and content organized and easy to access
- Report on what is working and bring fresh ideas to improve reach and engagement
What We're Looking For
- Genuinely creative, with a strong sense for visual content and social trends
- Highly organized and reliable with deadlines and calendars
- Comfortable working night shift to stay in sync with the U.S. team
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic a plus)
- Hands-on experience with social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)
- Familiarity with paid ads is a strong advantage
- Self-starter who can take direction from a remote team and run with it
