- System Operations: Accurately process and update bookings, guest profiles, and special requests.
- Inventory Control: Monitor daily availability, group blocks, and last-minute changes while supporting revenue strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Liaise with Front Office, Sales, and Housekeeping, and assist with daily arrival and VIP reports.
- Compliance & Standards: Maintain accurate records, protect guest data, and promote company loyalty programs.
