Role Description
We are seeking a Customer Care Trainee to join our team in Amman, Jordan. This is an on-site role focused on ensuring exceptional customer experiences for our clientele. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, managing complaints, and providing timely resolutions through various channels. Additionally, the trainee will assist in addressing customer feedback, liaising with internal departments to ensure service quality, and gaining hands-on experience in customer relationship management. Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for delivering high-quality customer interactions
- Problem-solving and organizational skills for managing inquiries and resolving customer concerns
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer and CRM tools is preferred
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
