Key Accountabilities:
- Provide a positive first response and build rapport with customers through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Address customer inquiries regarding Orange products, services, and billing with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring complete understanding.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism, striving for first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs and proactively offer relevant solutions, upselling and cross-selling Orange products and services to maximize revenue.
- Guide customers through product setup, troubleshooting, and usage, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Orange's product portfolio, service offerings, and internal processes to provide accurate and timely information.
- Negotiate solutions to customer issues, balancing customer satisfaction with company policies and business objectives.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the designated systems.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service techniques.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new Orange product launches to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to enhance the customer experience.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Handle challenging customer interactions with patience, resilience, and a problem-solving mindset

Education & Experienc

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Administration.
