Job Summary:
Al Bustanji Motors is looking for a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist / Sales Admin Support to join the Lynk & Co team.
The role is responsible for welcoming customers, handling front-desk coordination, supporting sales administration, maintaining customer and vehicle records, and ensuring a smooth showroom and delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome showroom visitors and provide a professional first impression of the brand.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and customer appointments.
- Support the Lynk & Co sales team with daily administrative tasks.
- Prepare and follow up on customer files, sales documents, invoices, contracts, and delivery paperwork.
- Update customer records, vehicle status, sales reports, and CRM/system data.
- Track vehicle availability, reservations, payments, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure all customer files are complete, accurate, and aligned with internal procedures.
- Follow up on pending approvals, missing documents, and internal requirements.
- Support the brand manager and sales team with coordination and reporting tasks.
- Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming showroom reception area.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Sales Admin, Sales Coordinator, Showroom Admin, or similar role.
- Automotive experience is a strong plus.
- Good understanding of sales administration, documentation, invoicing, and delivery processes.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
- Good Microsoft Excel and system/data entry skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and handle several tasks at the same time.
- Organized, reliable, and able to work under pressure in a showroom environment.
