We’re on the hunt for a Business Development Officer to join our Strategy & Business Development team, someone ambitious, curious, and energized by turning ideas into funded, high-impact initiatives. If you love the craft of storytelling through proposals, thrive on partnerships, and enjoy digging into research that drives real change, this role is for you.
🌟 Your impact:
- Drive and support business development and fundraising initiatives
- Scout and analyze grant and funding opportunities
- Craft persuasive proposals, concept notes, and donor reports
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on strategic projects
- Contribute to smooth project implementation and reporting cycles
🎯 What you bring:
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, fundraising, or a related field
- Outstanding writing and communication skills in Arabic and English
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Exposure to development finance or microfinance is a plus
- A proactive, detail-driven, and solutions-oriented mindset
