Job Overview
We’re hiring Educational Sales Specialists to join our growing team in Amman. This is a sales-focused, client-facingrole with opportunities to specialise in ELT or STEM (Science/Maths/ICT). You’ll build relationships with international and private schools, promote curriculum-aligned solutions, and deliver measurable sales growth. Teaching experience is an advantage, not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote BookSource’s K–12 portfolio (ELT, Science, Maths, ICT, digital solutions).
- Plan and conduct school visits, meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Identify and qualify new opportunities across private and international schools.
- Build long-term relationships with principals, heads of department, and teachers.
- Propose tailored solutions that address institutional and classroom needs.
- Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs.
- Represent BookSource at regional and international exhibitions, trade fairs, and education events.
- Collaborate with publishers and internal teams on positioning and market feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Science, Mathematics, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ sales experience (education sector preferred).
- Exceptional graduates may be considered.
- Classroom teaching experience (ELT or Science/Maths) is a plus.
- Working knowledge of IGCSE, IB, NGSS, CEFR frameworks.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident with internet, mobile technologies, and common business applications.
- Fluent English; Arabic an advantage.
- Willing to travel within Jordan and internationally.
- Valid driving licence.
