Raizn builds mathematical revenue engines - AI-driven growth infrastructure for scaling brands. No vanity metrics. Ruthless unit economics. Full-funnel execution. We operate out of Amman and run growth for clients across the MENA.
We're looking for one person to own the engine room: set the top-level growth strategy across our accounts, lead the client relationships, and drive the daily performance rhythm of the team.
What you'll own:
- The growth strategy for our active accounts, end-to-end — e-commerce, lead-gen, and performance partnerships
- The senior client relationship - you lead the room, you set direction, clients deal with you
- The daily performance review across all accounts - reading the numbers every day and acting on them instantly.
- Generating and assigning the day's tasks for the team - turning strategy into clear execution for creative, and tech.
- The performance line: stronger ROAS, lower acquisition costs, accounts that retain and expand, relationship building and passing quarterly performance score.
You're built for this if:
- You've run performance marketing at a senior level , Meta, Google, Tiktok, Snapchat, full funnel -with the numbers to prove .
- You can hold a client room and a P&L with equal confidence
- You operate like an owner: you bring decisions, not questions
- Strong AI skills are a major plus - fluency with Claude and AI-driven workflows is a real edge here. We run lean and smart, and we expect our growth lead to use AI to move faster than a traditional team as we are Claude Partners.
- You're comfortable being measured hard - our model lives on results
The upside: This is a high-trust, high-autonomy seat, you'll effectively run the growth side of the business. After 6 months, there's a path to equity ownership in Raizn (vested) for the right person who proves they can own this
