As part of our continuous transformation and growth strategy, we are seeking a highly strategic and innovative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function, digital presence, e-commerce growth, and market development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead the overall marketing and brand strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Manage and oversee all marketing activities across retail and digital channels.
• Lead the E-Commerce Team and drive online sales growth and digital customer engagement.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, social media, paid advertising, and performance marketing.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior studies to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
• Lead Research & Development initiatives related to customer experience, retail innovation, and market expansion.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns and product launches to enhance brand visibility and commercial performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, Purchasing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI to optimize effectiveness and business impact.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Marketing and E-Commerce teams to achieve departmental objectives.
• Support business transformation initiatives and contribute to long-term strategic growth planning.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within the retail or e-commerce sector.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce operations, social media platforms, SEO, and performance marketing tools.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, market research, and business development initiatives.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience in marketing analytics, customer insights, and campaign performance measurement.
• Creative mindset with strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Ability to lead transformation-oriented initiatives and drive innovation within a fast-paced retail environment.
