Job Responsibilities:
1.Human Resources Management:
- Responsible for recruiting employees in the MENA areas, including resume sourcing and screening, personnel interviews, offer follow-up, and ensuring monthly recruitment targets are met.
- Responsible for handling and coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding in the MENA areas, ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Assist the headquarters HR manager and city manager in jointly managing the daily operations of the MENA team.
2. Administrative Management:
- Supervise daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage office facilities and ensure a safe and productive working environment.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience, including. minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the social media and related industry.
- Proficiency in English, Chinese is preferable.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Patient, warm-hearted, and easy-going.
