Responsible for maintaining an organized, visually appealing, and well-stocked showroom environment that enhances customer experience and supports sales performance. The role ensures proper product display, stock availability, and adherence to visual merchandising standards in coordination with the showroom and sales teams.
Core Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of showroom shelving, product display, and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure all products are properly arranged, front-faced, and replenished at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically appealing showroom environment.
- Implement seasonal displays, promotions, and new product launches in coordination with the design team.
- Optimize product placement based on customer flow and buying behavior to maximize visibility and sales.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure pricing, labeling, and product placement accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels on the shop floor and coordinate timely replenishment from storage areas.
- Assist in receiving, tagging, and organizing incoming stock.
- Ensure proper stock arrangement in both showroom and storage areas.
- Identify fast-moving and slow-moving items and report insights to management.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure high-demand items are always available.
- Work closely with the sales team to support product visibility and availability.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and product performance.
- Support showroom operations during peak hours to maintain standards.
Requirements:
- At least Diploma degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience
- Experience in retail, home décor, or lifestyle products is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising practices.
