REACH World is expanding its team in Amman and is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join the Operations Department.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Operations team in managing client applications and ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient processes. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized professional who is eager to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify translated documents.
- Apply for police clearance certificates (Jordan, UK, and USA) on behalf of clients and liaise with relevant authorities.
- Certify designated documents as required.
- Support the Operations team with client application processes.
- Submit citizenship applications for adding newborns across all Caribbean programs.
- Assist with post-citizenship services.
- Organize and prepare client files prior to shipping.
- Support the team with additional tasks as needed, including handling full files during urgent cases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Very good command of English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems or database management is an advantage.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
