Position: ERP & HR Systems Analyst

Position Overview:
We are seeking an Enterprise Systems & BI Analyst to manage and support core enterprise systems across the group, with a primary focus on SAP Business One, Power BI reporting, and system-driven process improvement. The role works closely with Finance, HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure effective system administration, reporting, and controlled change. The position will also support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and, post go-live, progressively take ownership of its technical administration and ongoing support.
Responsibilities:
ERP & Systems Administration
- Administer and support SAP Business One, including user setup, roles, authorizations, and segregation of duties in line with internal controls
- Act as the main point of contact for SAP Business One system issues, enhancements, and change requests
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors or implementation partners on fixes, enhancements, and integrations
Reporting & Business Intelligence
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPIs
- Work with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, KPIs, and data models
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data used for reporting and decision-making
Business Engagement & Process Improvement
- Engage with Finance, HR, and business teams to understand system workflows, reporting needs, and automation opportunities
- Translate business requirements into system enhancements, reports, dashboards, and process improvements
- Support digital transformation initiatives, including process optimization and automation
Documentation & Change Management
- Prepare and maintain system and project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, solution designs, and change logs
- Coordinate and document User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scripts and sign-offs
- Act as a central coordination point between business users, IT, and vendors for system changes
SAP SuccessFactors Support
- Support SAP SuccessFactors implementation in collaboration with the external implementation partner
- Participate in documentation, UAT, data validation, and post-go-live stabilization
- Receive structured knowledge transfer with the aim of taking over ongoing system administration and technical support
Governance & Controls
- Ensure system governance, data integrity, and compliance with internal control and audit requirements across all supported systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS (preferred), Business Information Technology, or Finance/Accounting with strong systems exposure
- 3–5 years of experience working with ERP systems and BI tools
- Hands-on experience with SAP Business One, particularly user access and authorizations
- Strong Power BI skills, including dashboard development and data modeling
- Good understanding of finance processes, reporting, and internal controls
- Exposure to HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS) or strong willingness to learn HR systems
- Experience in system implementations or digital transformation projects is an advantage
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
