Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, budgeting, reporting, cash flow management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will support business growth by providing financial insights, ensuring cost control, and maintaining strong financial governance within a logistics and transportation environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all finance and accounting operations of the company
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities
- Analyze transportation, fleet, warehousing, and operational costs to improve profitability
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, VAT requirements, and statutory reporting
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
- Implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making
- Monitor KPIs and support operational teams with cost optimization initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA is preferred.
Minimum 8 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Experience in Logistics, Transportation, Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain, or Fleet Management industry preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of VAT, taxation, and financial compliance requirements.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
