Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee accounting, sales, and inventory data across ERP systems and reporting tools, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Prepare, analyze, and maintain advanced financial and sales reports using Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF formulas, dashboards, and data validation).
* Supervise invoice processing, accounts receivable/payable follow-ups, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
* Support and coordinate with the sales team on order management, pricing structures, distributor relations, and customer account matters.
* Generate and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales and financial performance reports to management.
* Ensure consistency and accuracy between accounting records, inventory movements, and sales transactions.
* Maintain and improve filing systems for contracts, invoices, and supporting documents.
* Coordinate and communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders in both Arabic and English.
* Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation solutions using ERP systems, Excel, and AI-powered tools.
* Mentor and support junior team members and contribute to cross-functional projects involving finance and sales operations.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory).
* CPA, CMA, or other professional certifications are a plus.
* Residing in close proximity to our offices in Al Bayader.
* 5–8 years of experience in accounting, finance, sales operations, or commercial administration.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including reporting, dashboards, complex formulas, and data analysis.
* Strong experience with ERP systems and accounting processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
* Proven ability to analyze sales and financial data and provide actionable insights.
* Knowledge of AI tools and their practical application in accounting, reporting, automation, and productivity enhancement.
* Excellent English and Arabic communication skills (written and verbal).
* Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
