Job Description
- Collaborate with Customer Experience Specialists to design digital marketing-enabled campaigns that drive customer engagement and generate demand.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with brand and marketing strategy.
- Create and manage multi-channel marketing automation campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp, local platforms) with localized content.
- Optimize website content for SEO, conversion, and brand consistency.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and KPI reporting.
- Champion digital marketing best practices, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and impact.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years’ proven experience in digital marketing, ideally in a global or regional role.
- Proficiency with tools such as Marketing Cloud/MessageBird, Salesforce Sales, and Drupal CMS.
- Strong skills in data analysis and reporting (Google Analytics, Qlik, Excel) to drive data-based decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Customer-centric mindset with focus on engagement, conversion, and brand consistency.
- Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
