The Function Purpose
Plan and lead all change processes within the bank, while ensuring all transformation initiatives are well-planned and effectively executed and adhere to optimizing costs and enhancing customer experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Seek innovative solutions to drive operational excellence and efficiency.
- Evaluate business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Support in the implementation of strategic initiatives across Capital Bank Group and across all geographies.
- Prepare AS-IS and TO-BE workflows to represent current and future process states.
- Conduct walkthrough sessions with technical teams for BRD and TO-BE flows.
- Facilitate "show and tell" sessions between IT and business teams for feedback.
- Review test cases, participate in testing, and oversee defect resolutions to ensure that the fixes align with the requirements.
- Track KPIs for system processes.
- Ensure that the PIR issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Implement improved analytics and client insights to support roadmap prioritization and support the adoption of new systems and processes.
Background
- Bachelor’s degree.
- (3+) years of relevant experience.
