E-commerce & Social Media Specialist
Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce & Social Media Specialist to manage and optimize our online presence. This role is focused on maintaining our digital storefront, improving the customer journey, and ensuring that our product listings are accurate, attractive, and high-performing.
The ideal candidate has a blend of technical platform knowledge and creative marketing sense, helping us turn digital window shoppers into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing updates, and inventory across platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and Magento
- Optimize product titles, meta tags, and descriptions for SEO performance and higher click-through rates
- Set up and manage promotions, discount codes, seasonal campaigns, and homepage banners
- Monitor website functionality including links, checkout flow, and mobile responsiveness
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues and coordinate fixes when needed
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers
- Support brand growth by building a positive and active online community
Requirements:
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms and social media channels
