About the Role:
We are looking for a Fleet Dispatcher to be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operational readiness of company refrigeration units, trailers, and trucks. This role ensures efficient coordination of vehicle movements across company locations, supervises both preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and collaborates with internal departments and approved vendors to maintain high operational standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or any related field
- 3 - 5 years of experience in the same field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Good communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance of refrigeration units, trailers, and trucks.
- Coordinate movement and allocation of fleet assets across locations.
- Liaise with internal teams and vendors for maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
- Verify quality and completion of truck maintenance activities.
- Monitor compliance with safety standards for drivers and vehicles.
- Track vehicle routes using GPS systems.
- Follow up on supplier invoices and system entries.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the direct manager.
