We are looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant who will act as a key bridge between sales, business development, and technical teams. In this role, you will help customers understand complex solutions, translate their business needs into clear technical requirements, and ensure the proposed solutions truly fit their expectations.
You will be involved early in the sales cycle, working closely with prospects to identify opportunities, shape solutions, and guide them through how the system can be implemented in the most effective way.
This role requires someone who is both technically strong and commercially aware, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple and impactful way.
What you will be doing
- Work closely with sales and business development teams to identify and develop new opportunities
- Engage with clients and prospects to understand their needs and qualify opportunities
- Lead discovery discussions and support pre-demo analysis to shape the right solution approach
- Act as the main point of contact during the pre-sales cycle, from requirement gathering to solution design
- Translate client requirements into clear solution scopes and ensure smooth handover to delivery and product teams
- Create and deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and tailored demo scenarios
- Support RFI/RFP processes and coordinate the full bidding cycle
- Prepare solution documents, statements of work, and technical proposals
- Conduct competitive analysis and help position solutions effectively in the market
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment across sales, product, support, and delivery
