Qualifications & Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any related field.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Human Resources, including at least 5 years in a managerial position.
- Strong experience in managing HR operations and personnel affairs.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and hiring processes.
- Experience in employee performance management and evaluation, including developing and following up on development plans.
- Experience in organizational development and developing/updating HR policies and procedures.
- Experience in managing employee files, contracts, leaves, attendance, and working hours.
- Good knowledge of Jordanian Labor Law, Social Security regulations, and related procedures.
- Excellent communication, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead a team and deal professionally with employees at different organizational levels.
- Proficiency in preparing HR reports and analyzing employee data.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and data.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all HR operations and personnel affairs and ensure their effective implementation.
- Manage employee files, contracts, leaves, attendance, and working hours, ensuring all records are continuously updated.
- Ensure the effective implementation of company HR policies and procedures and monitor compliance.
- Manage recruitment and talent acquisition processes and select qualified candidates according to the company’s needs.
- Develop and manage the employee performance management and appraisal system, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives.
- Handle employee-related issues and concerns professionally and effectively to maintain a structured and positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with Jordanian Labor Law, Social Security regulations, and relevant legislation.
- Prepare and monitor periodic HR reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Contribute to the development of the organizational structure, job descriptions, HR policies, and internal procedures.
- Work on improving the work environment and promoting discipline, commitment, and employee engagement.
- Supervise the HR team, delegate responsibilities, and monitor team performance.
