We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and manage the marketing activities of our pharmaceutical portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, driving brand growth, supporting sales performance, and leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple therapeutic areas.
*Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute marketing strategies and annual brand plans in Jordan & MENA Region.
-Manage product launches, campaigns, scientific events, and promotional activities
-Analyze market trends, sales performance, and competitor activities
-Collaborate with sales, regulatory, and external partners to support business growth
-Manage marketing materials, budgets, and overall brand performance
-Lead and support the marketing team
*Qualifications & Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (required).
-8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, product management, or brand management.
-Previous managerial or leadership experience preferred
-Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills
-Ability to manage multiple brands and therapeutic areas simultaneously.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); digital marketing knowledge.
-Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
-GCC Relevant experience is a plus.
