Hamsa AI is an Arabic voice AI platform building the next generation of speech intelligence - from speech-to-text and text-to-speech across Arabic dialects, to intelligent voice agents and AI-powered phone agents for inbound and outbound calls. We serve industries including call centers, banking, HR, media, and more.
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will own quality across our AI-driven products - leading both manual and automated testing efforts, shaping our QA foundation, and working closely with engineers, product managers, and project leads to ensure every release meets the highest standard.
Responsibilities
- Lead QA efforts across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with product and engineering goals.
- Design and execute comprehensive test strategies covering functional, regression, integration, and API testing.
- Define and implement automated testing processes, standards, and best practices across the team.
- Test voice and conversational AI features including STT accuracy, TTS quality, voice agent conversation flows, and inbound/outbound call scenarios across Arabic dialects.
- Create and maintain detailed test plans and test cases for web and API layers.
- Identify, document, track, and prioritize bugs, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with development teams.
- Provide quality-focused input during requirement analysis planning and grooming sessions.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and drive continuous improvement of QA practices and documentation across the team.
Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Solid experience in both manual and automated testing across web products.
- Strong experience with API testing tools such as Postman or similar.
- Proven ability to define and implement QA processes and test strategies.
- Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira or Linear.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive mindset toward quality improvement.
- Experience testing voice, audio, or conversational AI products is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Arabic language or dialects is an advantage.
