About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining technical architecture, ensuring platform scalability, and aligning ServiceNow capabilities with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and own the overall ServiceNow architecture strategy.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers and administrators.
• Define best practices, governance, and development standards.
• Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Conduct architecture reviews and ensure solution scalability & performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure platform security, compliance, and data integrity.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Technical Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITIL framework, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Hands-on experience with integrations (REST, SOAP APIs, MID Server, etc.).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in multi-instance environments.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Additional ServiceNow certifications CSA CIS.
