About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Outreach Sales Executive to drive new business growth for our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, experienced in LinkedIn outreach, B2B sales, and digital marketing services, and capable of building strong pipelines and closing high-value clients.
This role focuses on lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals across industries such as real estate, healthcare, SaaS, and professional services.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales & Lead Generation
- Identify and target high-potential businesses through LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold prospecting
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified leads
- Conduct outreach campaigns using personalized messaging strategies
LinkedIn & Social Selling
- Utilize LinkedIn (Sales Navigator preferred) to:
- Identify decision-makers (CEOs, Marketing Managers, Founders)
- Initiate conversations and nurture relationships
- Position the agency as a trusted digital growth partner
- Optimize outreach scripts to increase response and conversion rates
Client Acquisition & Closing
- Conduct discovery calls and understand client needs
- Present tailored solutions across:
- SEO
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- Social Media Marketing
- Web Development
- Close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with internal marketing and account teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain CRM updates and track outreach performance
- Provide feedback on market trends, objections, and opportunities
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in sales or business development, preferably in a digital marketing agency
- Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach / social selling
- Strong understanding of:
- SEO
- Paid Ads (Google & Meta)
- Digital marketing strategies
- Experience using tools such as:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a strong target-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to UAE, GCC, or international markets
- Existing network in industries like real estate, clinics, or SaaS
- Background in digital marketing strategy or account management
