About The Role
We are currently seeking to hire a
Telemarketing Representative to join the
Sales Department. This role reports to the Sales Manager and works closely with marketing and customer support teams to support the promotion of Jo Academy’s digital learning platform and educational services.
The role involves contacting potential customers, introducing Jo Academy’s products, generating leads, and supporting the sales team by creating opportunities for subscriptions while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers via phone to introduce Jo Academy’s educational services and learning platform.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and digital channels.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to potential customers.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-ups for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Address customer inquiries and provide relevant information about Jo Academy’s services.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaign performance and lead generation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, call centers, telesales, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
