We are looking for a results-driven Telemarketing Supervisor to lead our call center team. In this role, you will focus on achieving sales targets through effective team management and hands-on coaching. Your responsibilities will include:
Supervise and motivate the telemarketing team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) and call quality to provide real-time feedback.
Conduct regular coaching sessions to enhance the team’s sales techniques and script handling.
Oversee lead distribution and ensure timely follow-ups by the team.
Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and campaign results to management.
Refine telemarketing scripts and workflows to maximize efficiency and customer engagement.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales departments to ensure alignment on goals.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in telemarketing or inside sales, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or senior role.
Strong ability to lead by example with a supportive, hands-on, and high-energy management style.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using CRM software.
Exceptional communication, persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
