A leading Manufacturing company is actively recruiting a Regional Sales Manager for their Jordan office.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Promote and sell industrial equipment and solutions to pharmaceutical industry clients
- Identify target customers and generate new sales opportunities
- Conduct customer visits, sales calls, presentations, and demonstrations
- Analyze customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions
- Prepare quotations and support contract and tender negotiations
- Maintain accurate sales records in CRM systems
- Liaise between customers and engineering teams during project design
- Translate client requirements into technical concepts and project plans
- Coordinate engineering and validation activities with stakeholders
- Support sales planning and identify market opportunities
- Represent the organization at industry events, fairs, and conferences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision makers
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Life Sciences, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in machinery or process technology equipment.
- Experience in technical sales or engineering services is an advantage
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure
- Goal oriented with strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
- Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and general computer applications
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally for extended periods.
