The Digital Healthcare Consultant provides expert guidance on the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital health programs and projects within healthcare environment. This role bridges the gap between clinical workflows, business needs, and technology capabilities, ensuring that digital initiatives are successfully implemented, enhancing clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Advise healthcare organizations on digital transformation strategies, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital health;
- Assess clients’ needs and develop tailored digital health roadmaps aligned with clinical, operational, and business objectives;
- Conduct maturity assessments and gap analyses across digital, clinical, and data domains;
- Translate clinical and business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs;
- Collaborate with clinical teams to evaluate workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements enabled by technology;
- Ensure digital solutions align with regulatory, privacy, and security standards;
- Oversee implementation activities, including system configuration, workflow optimization, testing, and go-live readiness;
- Support healthcare organizations in leveraging data analytics, population health, HIE, and clinical performance metrics;
- Recommend improvements in digital workflows, data capture, and reporting to enhance quality of care and operational outcomes;
- Assist in evaluating solution ROI, KPIs, and post‑implementation performance;
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development and Project Management teams on detailing proposals and Statement of Work;
- Develop detailed Requests for Proposals (RFPs);
- Review and validate commercial proposals to ensure alignment with project objectives and business needs;
- Evaluate potential vendors and contribute to the vendor selection process.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Health Informatics, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or related field;
- Previous experience in consulting and clinical informatics is required;
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is a plus.
