Role Description
This is a contract-based, on-site role for a Senior Business Process Consultant located in Amman, Jordan.
The consultant will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and improving business processes, ensuring efficient operations that are aligned with the organization’s goals.
Primary responsibilities include conducting process analyses, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing effective solutions.
The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored strategies for clients across various industries.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Business Process Improvement, Business Process Management, and Business Processes
- Demonstrable Analytical Skills to assess workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose enhancements
- Proven experience in Consulting with the ability to manage client relationships and deliver impactful solutions
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, MIS, Industrial Eng., or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
- Experience in driving process optimization projects within diverse industrie
