About The Role
We are seeking a
Warehouse Operations Officer to support and enhance the day-to-day warehouse operations. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth operational flow, maintaining inventory accuracy, resolving operational challenges, and continuously improving warehouse processes in alignment with business needs.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying operational gaps, addressing root causes of issues, and coordinating effectively across departments to ensure timely and accurate warehouse performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily warehouse operational and administrative activities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Receive, inspect, store, and dispatch goods in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement logs within the system.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies, shortages, or operational risks.
- Investigate daily warehouse operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring discrepancies or process breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
- Utilize warehouse reports, KPIs, and system data to support operational decisions and performance improvement.
- Continuously review and improve warehouse workflows to enhance turnaround time and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate effectively with Procurement, Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to ensure operational alignment.
- Track warehouse-related issues and follow up until full closure.
- Assist in conducting periodic stock counts and inventory audits.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, warehouse procedures, and quality standards.
- Support process documentation and reporting to improve operational visibility and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (preferred), Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics (preferred).
- Ability to use ERP systems for inventory tracking and reporting (e.g., Odoo or similar).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail with strong follow-up skills.
- Analytical mindset with basic reporting skills.
- Commitment to maintaining high operational standards.
