QBCO is a Saudi-based company operating in Environmental Services, including Recycling and Pest Control Solutions.
As part of our regional expansion strategy, we are launching a new office in Jordan to support our growing B2B operations across the GCC.
We are looking for high-performing, results-driven Inside Sales Executives who thrive in phone-based B2B sales environments.
📍 Location: Jordan (On-site)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound B2B sales calls daily
- Identify and reach decision-makers within target companies
- Manage the full sales cycle: Lead Generation, Qualification, Follow-up and Closing
- Present company services confidently and professionally
- Coordinate site visits with technical teams in Saudi Arabia
- Prepare, send, and negotiate quotations until deal closure
- Maintain accurate CRM records and daily sales tracking
- Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly targets
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in Inside Sales / Telesales (B2B preferred)
- Strong experience managing full sales cycle independently
- Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Experience working with CRM systems & Google Sheets
- Target-driven mindset with KPI discipline
- Strong English & Arabic communication skills
- High professionalism and strong work ethic
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
