Naouri Group is seeking an experienced, dynamic,
and results-oriented
Forwarding Manager to lead and develop its
forwarding operations.
This is an exciting opportunity for a logistics
professional with a strong background in freight forwarding, operational
excellence, customer relationship management, and team leadership.
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in freight
forwarding and logistics
Strong knowledge of sea freight, air freight, customs clearance, and
transportation operations
Proven leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Fluency in Arabic and English
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all forwarding operations to ensure
service excellence and operational efficiency
- Develop strong relationships with customers, agents, shipping lines,
airlines, and business partners
- Monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure timely and cost-effective movement of shipments
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards
