Role Description
This full-time, on-site role in Amman, Jordan, is for the Dara Dining Restaurant Manager who will oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless dining experience. Responsibilities include leading the team, maintaining high customer service standards, managing inventory, coordinating hiring and training efforts, and ensuring compliance with food and beverage regulations. The Restaurant Manager will work to meet quality standards while delivering consistent guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to enhance guest experiences and address feedback effectively
- Proven expertise in Hiring and team management, including training and motivating staff
- Excellent Communication skills to coordinate across teams and interact professionally with staff and customers
- Experience and knowledge in Food & Beverage operations, including industry standards and quality control
- Problem-solving abilities and leadership skills that foster a collaborative and professional work environment
- Relevant experience in restaurant management; a degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
- Proficient in Oracle Simphony operational software is an advantage
