Job Summary:
This role drives new business through proactive sales while managing the end-to-end coordination and delivery of training programs. Responsibilities include prospecting and selling training solutions, building and maintaining client relationships, and serving as the primary point of contact throughout the engagement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing clients.
- Present, promote, and sell services to prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Coordinate all training logistics, including venues, trainers, materials, platforms, and participants.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with quality standards.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, trainers, and internal teams.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment.
- Monitor training delivery, attendance, and participant engagement.
- Collect, analyze, and evaluate participant feedback to measure training effectiveness.
- Prepare post-training reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, training coordination, or a similar client-facing role.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, including prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals.
- Strong experience coordinating projects or training programs, including logistics, stakeholders, and timelines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
