Job Purpose:
As the Talent Acquisition Intern at Tarjama&, you will be responsible for finding the best suitable candidates to fill open job roles and fulfil business needs to ultimately support Tarjama& to achieve its business strategic goals and objectives
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and job boards
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial phone screenings
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Update and maintain candidate records in the ATS
- Support employer branding initiatives and job post creation
- Assist with onboarding documentation and recruitment reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Human Resources, Business, Industrial Engineering or a related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong proficiency in both English and Arabic.
- Interest in recruitment, people engagement, and talent sourcing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and team members.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and a commitment to meeting deadlines
