The Role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced
Accounts Receivable Supervisor to oversee and manage the hotel’s receivables function. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and committed to accuracy and compliance, with strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal departments and external partners. This role requires a proactive individual who ensures timely collections, accurate billing, and adherence to financial policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable department to ensure timely and accurate billing, posting, and reconciliation.
- Monitor outstanding balances, follow up on overdue accounts, and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Review and verify all invoices, credit approvals, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with the Front Office, Sales, and Events teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate posting of charges.
- Oversee credit applications, credit limits, and guest/company billing arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and Hyatt financial standards.
- Support month‑end closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or hotel finance operations
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
