The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented
Assistant Credit Manager to support the hotel’s credit and receivables function. The ideal candidate will assist in managing credit policies, ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and maintaining strong relationships with guests, clients, and internal departments. This role requires strong analytical skills, professionalism, and the ability to uphold Hyatt’s financial standards while contributing to the hotel’s overall financial performance.
As an Assistant Credit Manager, you will report directly to the
Credit Manager and support the
Director of Finance as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in processing and reviewing all credit applications in accordance with Hyatt policies and local regulations.
- Monitor outstanding accounts, follow up on overdue balances, and support collection efforts to minimize financial risk.
- Prepare and review billing, invoices, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support the preparation of monthly aging reports, financial summaries, and analysis for management.
- Maintain effective communication with guests and clients regarding billing inquiries and payment arrangements.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit standards, and financial procedures.
Due to local labor law restrictions, applicants must hold work authorization for Jordan, namely a Jordanian ID.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or credit control, preferably in a 5‑star hotel environment
- Strong understanding of credit policies, billing procedures, and financial controls
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in financial systems and MS Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
