Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics and Administrative Assistant located in Al Qastal. The Logistics and Administrative Assistant will be responsible for coordinating logistics operations, managing inventory, processing orders, and supporting administrative tasks. This includes maintaining records, handling communications, and providing support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

Experience in logistics coordination, inventory management, and order processing
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in the food industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
