Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and commercially minded Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO.
This role goes beyond traditional administration — the ideal candidate will be involved in meetings, commercial negotiations, sales analysis, logistics follow-ups, and strategic execution.
This is a high-impact role for someone ambitious who wants exposure to real business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Executive & Meeting Support
• Attend business meetings with the CEO (suppliers, key accounts, malls, banks)
• Prepare Minutes of Meeting and follow up on action points
• Manage calendar, priorities, and scheduling
Sales & Commercial Support
• Prepare quotations and B2B offers
• Analyze sales performance and KPIs
• Support pricing and margin analysis
• Monitor inventory turnover and sell-through
Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination
• Follow up on shipments and documentation
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and clearance agents
• Monitor stock levels and replenishment
Supplier & Email Communication
• Draft professional emails to international suppliers
• Follow up on payments and documentation
• Prepare reports for brand partners
Marketing Coordination
• Support marketing campaigns and launches
• Coordinate with digital and retail teams
• Track campaign performance

Qualifications
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, operations, logistics, or commercial support
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Confident communicator in meetings
• Commercial mindset with understanding of margins and distribution
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
