About The Role
The Senior Sales Team Leader will oversee the sales team, ensuring daily operations, coaching, performance monitoring, CRM compliance, and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for driving team results, maintaining high standards of customer experience, and supporting sales growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong leader, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management & Leadership
- Assign daily sales tasks and targets and monitor execution.
- Motivate team members to achieve individual and group goals through coaching, feedback, and goal setting.
- Provide ongoing peer coaching and performance support.
- Lead daily or weekly team huddles to communicate priorities and updates.
- Foster a positive, high-performance sales culture.
Performance Monitoring
- Review sales call logs and CRM entries to ensure quality and compliance.
- Track KPIs and productivity metrics.
- Analyze short-term sales trends and identify performance gaps.
- Flag issues requiring managerial intervention.
- Consolidate team performance updates and prepare structured reports.
Training & Onboarding
- Assist in onboarding new sales representatives.
- Support initial and continuous training programs.
- Help new hires integrate smoothly into sales processes and tools.
Operational Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales Supervisors for balanced workload distribution.
- Align team execution with daily and weekly sales strategies.
- Support implementation of new tools, systems, and process changes.
- Guide team members through adoption of new workflows.
CRM & Data Accuracy
- Ensure timely and accurate CRM data entry by all team members.
- Troubleshoot CRM usage issues.
- Maintain data integrity for reporting and forecasting.
Escalation & Support
- Support supervisors in handling escalated customer complaints.
- Assist in complex sales scenarios when needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction standards are maintained.
Additional Duties
- Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 6–8 years of experience in Sales, with proven experience leading and coaching teams
- Fluent Arabic and proficient English

Sales & Leadership: Sales planning, pipeline management, forecasting, performance tracking, coaching, and team motivation
CRM & Systems: CRM proficiency, call log and quality review, compliance monitoring
