Job Purpose
To provide specialized medical care for patients suffering from back and spinal pain using non-surgical approaches, including physical therapy, advanced injections, PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy, and other modern techniques. The role aims to ensure safe and effective treatment while improving patients’ quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize medical imaging and laboratory tests to determine accurate diagnoses.
Develop individualized treatment plans specifying timelines and number of therapy sessions, and coordinate them with the administrative and technical teams.
Monitor patients’ progress and ensure adherence to physical therapy programs to achieve optimal results.
Educate patients on healthy lifestyle practices and appropriate exercises to maintain spinal health.
Accurately document and follow up on patient records in compliance with medical confidentiality standards.
Provide recommendations to enhance and update the center’s medical protocols when necessary.
Medical / Technical Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Medicine + Specialty/Board Certification in Orthopedic Surgery or Orthopedic Medicine.
Junior Orthopedic Specialist (0–3 years’ experience)
Valid license to practice Orthopedics issued by the Jordanian Ministry of Health.
Strong expertise in diagnosing and treating bone and musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.
Knowledge of non-surgical treatments (Rehabilitation & Pain Management).
Ability to design comprehensive treatment programs in collaboration with other departments.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication skills with patients and their families.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team of specialists and therapists.
Empathy and ability to build trust with patients.
Strong decision-making skills, especially in critical cases.
