We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented E‑Channels Officer to support and enhance our digital transaction channels. The ideal candidate will have a baccalaureate degree in a computer‑related field and hands‑on experience in the payments or electronic channels environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily operational checks across all assigned systems, ensuring stability, accuracy, and readiness for business operations.
- Provide timely support to banks, internal departments, and cross‑functional teams by resolving technical issues, escalating incidents, and ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Conduct functional and technical testing activities for system enhancements, new features, and fixes to ensure high-quality deployment and alignment with business requirements.

Qualifications
- Baccalaureate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast‑moving environment.
- Good understanding of digital transaction systems and electronic banking operations is a plus.
