Key Responsibilities
- Achieve daily targets through proactive client outreach, including calls and in-person visits, with a focus on acquiring new customers and opening trading accounts.
- Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities within the FX and CFDs trading industry.
- Manage and expand a portfolio of corporate and retail professional clients, ensuring strong relationships and sustainable growth.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Compliance, and Operations, to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Oversee the client onboarding process, monitoring performance, tracking KPIs, and driving continuous engagement and satisfaction.
- Represent Capital Investments at industry events, exhibitions, webinars, and workshops, actively contributing to business development and brand visibility.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports, insights, and market feedback to management to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in FX/CFD sales, business development, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in client acquisition, portfolio management, and relationship building.
- Established and active portfolio of clients within the FX/CFD sector .
- Strong knowledge of trading platforms (MT4) and financial markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of trading analysis, including charts and market trends.
