Role Summary
The Manager - Supply Chain is responsible for all the Supply Chain and Logistic Operations and Projects for warehouse, transport, replenishment, export and systems ensuring they contribute towards achieving the overall business objectives.
ROLE PROFILE
- Contribute to the Supply Chain strategy that is aligned with the overall corporate strategy and ensure its proper implementation
- Propose actions, solutions in the supply chain management to support the company expansion
- Propose supply chain solutions related to merchandise and store needs
- Guarantee the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Logistics are updated following any business changes and shared to all concerned parties
- Responsible of the logistics project for specific or cross functional departments (transport, operation, replenishment, import/export, digital)
- Guarantee the proper evaluation of “out of stock” within the target and ensure that appropriate actions are taken if necessary
- Lead the deployment of continuous improvements actions, lean and methods in all logistics physical, systems, informational activities
- Propose and implement projects to increase the capacity of the logistics to treat more volumes, more orders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain, warehouse management and logistics
- Experience in Logistics operations for Retail Stores Hyper or F&B is a must
- Proven deep expertise on warehouse management system best practices knowledge
