What You Will Do
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Accounts Payable Analyst to join our growing finance department.
In this role, you will manage and analyze accounts payable activities, ensure compliance with company policies, and support continuous process improvements across the AP function.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Reconcile the ledger vs AP Listing and maintain AP aging
- Provide full audit support for trade payables accounting ledgers
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to address invoice inquiries and disputes
- Monitor compliance with company policies and internal controls
- Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
- Generate and maintain detailed reports and documentation on AP metrics and trends
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing solutions
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and support audits as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in accounts payable or financial analysis roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment
- Knowledge of internal controls and compliance standards
